Pints are very reasonable here, and the food is very nice, but quite expensive for the small plates.

Really great tapas and super friendly staff! Since this place has been renovated we’ve visited a couple of times for drinks and food and it’s improved so much. The tapas is really great with lots to choose from and the staff are all really knowledgeable about their cocktails. Would definitely recommend, perfect for a chilled date night.

The food and coffee is really great and the other drinks look spot on (I haven't tried them yet). Nice atmosphere and overall it has a kind of funky retro look. I love the plexiglass bar with random objects embedded in it, nice touch! They do live music too. It's a good part of town, St Mary Redcliffe church is opposite, the harbour a stones throw away and main bus stops just up the road

My partner and I came here for a cute lil date before heading out for the evening and this bar did not disappoint. Between the lively atmosphere, the excellent service and the delicious food/cocktails, we were set up for a brilliant night. I highly recommend the pumpkin cocktail (can’t remember its name), it’s deliciously served warm and can be made vegan! Thank you!!

Visited the Colosseum for the first time ever, having walked past it for many years and thinking it looked dodgy and likely to be knocked down. Whilst the new owners haven't done much in changing the outside appearance of the Colosseum (I can't imagine it would be easy in fairness), the inside is a fairly minimalist set-up, with subdued lighting and open spaces. The bar and kitchen selection is very much a modern affair, with the latter being tapas-orientated. The food comes out as soon as it is cooked, which is a relief! The food itself was generous in portion size, fresh-tasting and reasonable in price. Would thoroughly recommend !
